Rogers Surveying, PLLC,
is a federally certified small business, serving the New York City area since 1946. Over
the past ten years especially, we have continued to expand our services. Today Rogers Surveying provides a full range
of land and hydrographic surveying services to federal, state and local agencies, architects, builders,
construction companies, attorneys and title companies as well as hundreds of homeowners annually.
Our Facility is located adjacent to the Kill Van Kill, at 1632 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, New York. Our survey
vessels are berthed at a marina, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, within 15 minutes of our office. Our location has always been
key in serving the needs of our Clients throughout the tri-state area.
Our Staff
consists of New York and New Jersey State Licensed Land Surveyors, Professional Engineers and
Nationally Certified Hydrographers. Our Field Crews have the flexibility and experience to work both Land and
Hydrographic Surveying assignments. Our Land Surveying group produces real estate (title) surveys, construction
surveys, GPS controlled surveys, aerial mapping and topographic mapping. Our Hydrographic Surveying group
performs multibeam and single beam condition hydrographic surveys, side-scan sonar and sub-bottom profiling as well
as emergency surveys for under keel clearances and pre- and post-dredging for channel maintenance.
Rogers has seven (7) fully trained and equipped surveying crews available daily and sixteen (16) workstations inhouse
with the most recent surveying software and hardware tools for post-processing data and plotting. The ability to
field seven (7) field crews, allows Rogers to provide coverage over the entire metropolitan area.
Our Engineering group,
RS Engineering, PLLC provides Sanitary & Storm Sewer Connection Plans, Drainage
Plans, Drywell Design, Builders Pavement Plans, Water Main Design, Septic System (Testing, Design and Permits),
Controlled Inspections, Site Development and Full Time Expediters. Our in-house Engineering and Land Surveying
groups provide one point of contact and fast turnaround for our Clients.
