Construction Surveys
Rogers provides construction and emergency surveying services for local construction companies, architectural and engineering firms, environmental firms and local utility companies including “On Call” services for most utility companies and almost all federal, state and city agencies in the metro area. Rogers also provides specific services in locating and/or settlement monitoring for Switching, Transformer and Substation Rehabilitation Programs for Consolidated Edison providing legal topographic filings for local building agencies. Annually Rogers also performs a variety of settlement monitoring any many large and small scale development and construction projects in the New York and New Jersey area.
Recent Contracts Awarded. We are currently working on “The Tides at Charleston”, a 190-unit residential development, on Staten Island, providing all surveying services including aerial mapping for the new 2700 acre, Fresh Kills Park on Staten Island and the all surveying services for the Arker Companies for the new Markham Home Development, a 105-affordable housing unit project on Staten lsland.
